Starting from the 7th April 2021, It’s time to let go and allow your body (and mind) the freedom to move. To move without judgement or expectation. To move without needing to be perfect. It’s time to dance simply because it feels good. 

Rachael is an ex professional dancer who dances through emotion and intention rather than steps and counts. Here you’ll learn to express yourself through dance and confidently flow in a space with no restrictions. Join us 6pm every Wednesday as Rachael shares her passion for dance and movement in her signature style Contemporary Flow classes.
