Calling all weekend warriors mass is in session. Our Saturday morning Pilates + Stretch classes are prehab for your mind and body. We’ll be taking the pace down a little while still working hard thanking our bodies for another amazing week of being badasses. This class is 30 min of mat pilates followed by a 30 min stretch session focussing on overall flexibility including splits and backbends.
